Prepare Plan of Action for projects based on association’s settlement, address deficiencies, project track record through completion.


Provide specifications, Bidding Process, Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for award.  Prepare and manage CPMs for each project.  Review and process payment requisitions for payment.  

 

Assist Building Associations during the preparation of reports to include assessments of properties, turnover reports, 588 walkthroughs, matrix, surveys of conditions. 

 

Attend Board Meetings and Design meetings to achieve client’s goals and requirements.
